If the government were to fund a project to protect students paying for college without the help of guardians, it would heavily increase the chances of students pursuing careers they are passionate about and cause a more efficient future for american careers.

I don't like government spending unless it makes sense like non rival good government funding in to roads and bridges and public buildings or government buildings.
