No. it's a violation of the Fourth Amendment, and a backdoor to registration

To purchase a weapon one should be willing to trade an aspect of their freedom to have the freedom of owning a weapon. Furthermore, not every person should have the right to own a weapon.

i think that if u have no criminal record you should have an easier time processing a gun
