I think it is not ethical to impose a revolutionary ideology on a population that doesnt desire it, but if it is for the greater well being then yes.

I believe that it is unethical to impose ideologies on those who do not universally desire it. However, if the ideologies have been proven to work well, it should be an idea that people assimilate to over time rather than have it pushed onto them.
