I think social equality because of the fact that people could meet reach people that make them rich

Yes, the social life and stability of the people is more important because it decreases crime.

I'm not too sure on the issue but from what I've seen focusing on social equality first has done nothing but lead to harm. Focus on economic growth first and foremost, in a way that will lead to social equality.
