Hobby Lobby, a company with strong religious beliefs, won a Supreme Court case in 2014 allowing them to exclude certain types of birth control from their employee health insurance plans.

However, one can argue that an individual’s right to healthcare and family planning should also be protected, irrespective of the religious beliefs of their employers. After all, the decision to use birth control is a personal one, deeply tied to one's autonomy and control over their life trajectory.

What do you think could be a potential solution to balance these two conflicting rights – the employee’s right to adequate health coverage and the employer’s right to religious freedom?
